We wanted honor the work put forward, and the warnings gone unheeded, by the late Senator John S. McCain, it would have been titled the John S. McCain Cyber Security Program – Defense.  Instead, the Tail Side of the $7.3 Trillion U.S. Debt reduction coin is named the U.S. Cyber Security Program – Defense.  The late Senator Mc Cain understood that America lacks to this day, a comprehensive defensive cybersecurity plan and program.  Begging the question as to what defensive cybersecurity entails, and its subsequent implementation, is the subject of the Debt Reduction Guide (DRG).

The business of America is Business.  Business entails the movement and transactions of commerce between parties.  Transactions involving the exchange of money for a good or service are based on the perceived value of the good or service.  Here, the coin’s value is worth $7.3 trillion dollars in the form of new revenue added to the U.S. Treasury.  The new revenue is generated by a series of cyber cleaner actions that ensure what was designed in a network is indeed properly deployed but the root value is the transformation of rough ashlars into smooth ashlars.
