Coin Element: Under the Boardwalk – Back Office

Where do Cyber Cleaners Work?  In any customer-facing industry there is what is know as a back office and a front office.  You guessed it.  Customers rarely see the Back Office.  Cyber cleaners work in the back office akin to Under the Boardwalk.   A parody from the rhythm and blues singing group The Drifters and their famous song, “Under the Boardwalk”.  Well its not really a board walk because in reality Cyber Cleaners work in what was traditionally called a “back office” as oppose to the “front office” where customers are present.  No, the back office is where most of the work is done out of the sight of the customer and upper management.  The reason this coin element was titled “under the boardwalk” is to convey the atmosphere and actions that occur unbeknownst to carnival goers above are similar to the actions performed by our Cyber Cleaners 24-7 unbeknownst to the network subscribers and end users.
